Acceptance through use and attendance

When you engage with Mobari Rift, these terms guide the visit. By using the website, contacting us, making a request, or attending the venue, you agree to follow these terms and reasonable directions given on site. Website use and physical attendance are different experiences, but both should be respectful. Please do not use the venue, its spaces, or its information in a way that disrupts other guests, hosts or staff, or prevents others from enjoying a shared dining, event or card-lounge environment.

Current information and changes

Details may change as venue plans take shape. Menus, programming, opening hours, availability and event details can change, including where editable venue information is later confirmed or revised. Visitor responsibility

Please provide information that helps us understand your plans. When making an enquiry or reservation request, give accurate contact and booking information and tell us if your arrangements change. You remain responsible for your personal belongings and travel arrangements. If relevant, please raise dietary, accessibility, seating or group needs early enough for the venue to consider them. We will consider practical requests carefully, but cannot promise that every request can be accommodated in every setting.

Reservation requests and availability

A table reservation or private-event enquiry is a request until Mobari Rift confirms the arrangement with you. Attendance arrangements depend on venue capacity, operating conditions and the details confirmed for your visit. If you need to change an arrangement, please contact the venue as soon as practical so the current plan can be considered. A request does not itself confirm availability, a particular space or a particular attendance arrangement.

Offline poker and card lounge conditions

Mobari Rift approaches poker as a considered shared-table activity. The conditions below explain what that means for guests attending poker nights or using poker tables in the card lounge.

Physical-venue recreation only

Mobari Rift’s offline poker activity takes place in person at the physical venue. It is recreational, social and hosted, with guests sharing a table and venue space together. Participation is not offered through an online service, remote interface or digital betting interface. References to offline poker, in-person poker and hosted poker on this website describe this physical-venue activity only, and should be read in that straightforward, non-promotional context.

Poker night and poker table directions

When attending a poker night or joining a table in the card lounge, please follow host directions, table etiquette, current session information and reasonable venue instructions. These directions support a welcoming experience for everyone sharing the space. Arrive prepared to participate respectfully and allow room for hosts to guide the flow of the evening. 18+ and responsible participation

18+ only for poker activities

Poker activities at Mobari Rift are for guests aged 18 and over only. The venue may ask for identification where appropriate to confirm age eligibility for these activities. This requirement applies specifically to poker participation and does not create a broader age statement about dining unless confirmed for a particular visit.

Responsible participation at the venue

Hosted poker at Mobari Rift is recreational, social and in person. Participate only when you feel comfortable, take a break whenever you need one, and speak with a host or venue team member if you need assistance with your experience. Taking a break is welcome. These simple choices help keep the card lounge a relaxed shared setting, where guests can enjoy the activity at a pace that feels appropriate for them and considerate of others at the table.

Mobari Rift may reasonably pause, decline or end a person’s participation in a poker activity where this is necessary to uphold the 18+ requirement, responsible participation, respectful conduct or venue operations. Mobari Rift is a shared dining, events and card-lounge venue. Guests must act respectfully toward other guests, hosts and staff, and avoid conduct that disturbs, intimidates, damages or unreasonably disrupts the environment. This expectation applies across dining, events, the card lounge and poker evenings. Broad, considerate behaviour helps each area of the venue remain welcoming for people who may be there for different reasons at the same time.

Reasonable staff directions

Please follow reasonable directions from Mobari Rift staff or hosts relating to safety, capacity, access, event flow and considerate use of venue spaces. For poker activities, this includes directions connected with age checks for the confirmed 18+ requirement and the practical hosting of in-person participation. These are ordinary venue-management directions intended to help the shared environment run smoothly and comfortably for those attending.

Personal belongings

Please look after your own belongings while visiting Mobari Rift and report a concern to the venue team as soon as practical while you are on site. This applies to all visitors, whether attending to dine, join an event or take part in card-lounge activity. Prompt, clear communication gives the team the best opportunity to understand what has happened in the context of your visit.
